Larkin’s Rhythm on the River 2008 season is just around the corner and this year, Larkin’s is posing a questions – how much money could you raise with seed money of $1000?

Through money raised by ticket sales and sponsorships of Larkin’s Rhythm on the River, Larkin’s Big Give will challenge ten charities to creatively pay it forward and turn $1000 into even more!  

Every other week during Rhythm on the River (May 15 – Sept. 4), two charities will be announced at Larkin’s Rhythm on the River and will receive $1000 each and a challenge – use this money to raise even more money for your charity! The rules are simple, you have two weeks, think outside the box and everything your charity raises, it keeps.

Throughout the summer, charities will report back what they used the seed money for and how much was raised. The charity that raises the most money during the challenge will win a fundraising party hosted by Larkin’s on the River as an opportunity for even more fundraising.
